As I sit here and contemplate my belly button
It occurs to me that things are strange
Strange that I sit here
And contemplate
Like a pause in my life
A pause that has no meaning
No deep or grand thought
Just to sit here
And contemplate
My belly button

During this moment I am free
No weight on my shoulders
No stress causing facts
Just contemplation
Pure and simple

As I sit back and relax
A deep down sigh
I contemplate
